eczema help! food allergies

Hi my baby has eczema and I am still looking for the best creams, ointments, moisturisers bath oils etc that will help.
Also as he is starting on solids I am wondering if I need to be be especially careful with introducing new food (as aparently babys with eczema are more likely to have allergies . . . oh and are more likely to get asthma too!)
I think I need to stay away from eggs for a while. Any advice???

I have been very lucky with my baby so far as ive had no eczema or allergies. I have read somewhere that you must be careful to not give your baby any cows milk or eggs or seasme seeds until after they are one year old. I dont know why but that is the current recommendation in Australia. Good luck with finding a cream and bath oil that works for your baby skin.
