Do you appreciate a good joke? Are you a joke teller?

I'm not a joke teller and I seldom appreciate jokes I hear. Most of the time I just don't think they are funny or I don't get them. Don't get me wrong....I love to laugh but jokes seldom do it for me. If I read one I just kind of look at it and say oh yeah...ha ha. When someone tells me one it's almost the same thing. Something like "that was cute". I especially hate racist and s** jokes. Those I don't even want to hear at all. Are you a joke person? Do you appreciate and tell them? Do most jokes make you laugh? Do you have a favorite joke?

You've got to loosen up, ctry, lol. I love jokes-as long as they are not too dirty. I think that is why I used to watch Saturday Night Live, and, later, Mad TV, because I liked the jokes and gags. I even like the summer replacement show, The Last Comic Standing, whenever I get a chance to watch it. I am not a good joke-teller myself, but I do appreciate someone who can tell them. I subscribe to a couple of news letters that contain jokes. They have the ability to sometimes instantly lift my spirits.

I can never remember any jokes to tell them. I love to hear them though. My hubby comes up with the weirdest and the funniest jokes. He must hear them at work because he almost always has one or two for me when he gets home. Some of them are so funny I get a sour tummy from laughing so much, but others are so bad or I just don't get them. When I don't get them he has to explain them to me and then it kind of takes the fun out of it. But he keeps them coming.

I like hearing jokes more than telling jokes. I just make fun of my brothers, but they clown back on me. It's just plain fun.

Yes, I enjoy a good joke. I especially like jokes with surprise endings - the ones wher eht punchline is ompletely unexpected. I even subsribe to a free newsletter that delivers 4 jokes to me each day (they do have a few repeats though. If you like a good joke check out the site - http://www.arcamax.com/jokes If you want, you can sign up for a free subscription to their joke newsletter or just visit the site when you feel like it. They also carry a bunch of comics on line and other things for your entertainment, all free.

I like jokes. And I can tell a good joke once in a while.I don't like jokes that put down any race or religion but I do like jokes about racism. And jokes about the difference between the s*xes and the crazy things that can happen in relationships. Is there a comedian that you do like? Have you seen Bill Cosby's stand up? He doesn't do any s*x jokes or racial jokes. If you have Net Flix, see if they have Bill Cosby.I think you will like him.

I do enjoy a good joke, but i am really not a joke teller , mainly because when someone tells me a joke i cannot remember them...I did get a cute joke the other day over day in my e-mail though...It was about this woman and she was going to the doctor for her yearly check up..When she went in to the office the nurse ask her how much she weighed and she said 116 lbs, then the nurse ask her how tall she was and she said 5'7"...so the nurse weighed her and she weighed 140 lbs, and she measured her she was 5'5"..Anyway the woman got really sad and had this horrible look on her face, and the nuse ask her "are you ok" the woman said No i am very depressed, the nurse said oh i am sorry what is troubling you...The woman said well when i came in here i was tall and slim, now i find out i am short and fat...LOL i thought that was funny...

I like a good joke. But it has to be a good joke. I don't often find most jokes others enjoy humorous. Alot of them I find are in bad taste. For me among the worst jokes are polish jokes. They are just mean.I think I'd rather listen to good music.
