Who brightens up your visit while on mylot?

This is something, I probably should focus more on. All my close friends here should already know I really appreciate them and when they're away or myself I always wonder what's going on. Todays has been one of the first I've really enjoyed this place, not that I don't normally but today has been packed with fun and surprises and it made me realize something.
I have a select few friends who really brighten my visits here, they go beyond any friendship I've known. (you shouldn't frown upon this) lol
So who brightens up your visit while on mylot?

P.s I know I haven't named anyone, if i did i'm sure some would be crossed with me.. LOL (lordwarwizard) is certainly one of those

I'm not sure I can name names without leaving far too many people out and hurting feelings. I have so many friends here. Of course I think everyone knows who my absolute favorite is *cough* *bear**cough*, but I hope none of my friends hold that against me!
I think all of my friends that have supported me and let me support them as well over the year I've been here are awesome and brighten my day, though. There are some of my early friends here that have moved on to other places, and I miss them, but every once in a while someone new pops up who makes me smile. I've been so lucky here. :)

I've noticed this myself, a few weeks back I was having a hard time meeting new people. I guess I was responding to the wrong people because recently 90% of those I have responded to have acknowledge my input and I visa versea. Count me too, lucky.

I go through those stages too, when I feel like I'm having a hard time meeting new people, but it seems like afterwards there's always a surge in interesting posters. Just when I feel like surely my luck has run out, I'll meet someone that just makes me say "Wow!" with a response or discussion, and I feel like I just have to get to know them better. I've gained so many new perspectives here! :)

Sure, it's the same here. I've never really run low of interesting discussions, it's just hard to get those who start them to "be" open to "friendship". Not like I expect them to but it's just one of the reasons why I find it so hard. some respond but don't really connect, so I guess me again :)
It's always great making new connections, it's quite funny because most of share the same circle of friends. (pointed out by a friend awhile back)
^Then I didn't notice but I think it was in one of transdics discussions that I noticed those special to me here was also there, then soon after virtually everyone who was on my notify was makes with the same people. =)
Amazing really.

Without naming names too, there are so many that brighten up my visit on Mylot, I love a great sense of humour and people who make me smile and laugh! I love witty responses to my discussions and I like the banter that I get, people who know me know I have a good sense of humour and yes I do flirt on here too, but it's all harmless fun, my friends know where they stand with me and take it in good faith, It's very rare that I get fed up with Mylot, besides it's my daily therapy to come on here cos I know one of my friends is guaranteed to put a smile on this wolfie's mug!

You should correct that straight away, unless of course you mean me and then that's fine. don't worry, leave it alone ;)
Joking a side, I actually was going to name six people and then I noticed I had typed like 10 or so, soon after that I noticed many more and for the first time in awhile I realized that more are here, least those who are inactive are still floating around in forms on other sites/e-mails etc

Well, there are many people here on myLot that I look forward to seeing in here all the time, and know they are True genuine caring friends. You never know what type of discussions and Fun people actually share in here, and knowing someone is genuinely concerned and there to help is what makes this site so worth while.

Like you I have a few friends that make my day better somehow, by making me smile, or think, or be surprised.
Friends that I Look for their discussions and enjoy having glimpses of who they are through their words.
Those friends might not even know how special they are for me, but they are, and they're here. WHich makes my "myLotting" something special:)

There are several people that brighten my day when I see them here. I have made some very specail friends. I appreciate the friendships I have made. Mylot has some great people!

You do! And I only just met you today! Sometimes it is just seeing a myLot friend come back after an absence, or knowing it is someon'es birthday, or for me especially finding a really intellectual discussion once in a while, you know, something about ancient history or great literature. Sometimes it is a neat photo somebody uploads or a funny or clever response. So many different things!
Another one is when I get an idea here from a discussion and then feel inspired to go write an article or poem or draw a picture as a result. The other day a myLot friend cooked up food from a recipe I had shared with her and then she posted her results here. That sure did give me a fuzzy warm feeling. Like you I would not dare to try to post all of the names of the wonderful friends I have here and new ones popping up almost every day!

Thanks, I think the same of you already, I could tell from when I requested to be your friend you'd be nice. My grandmother always told me to be friends with colourful people, so I guess in a sense you do brighten up peoples lives. (couldn't resist) your avatars funky though, did you create/draw it?
You write? you mentioned poetry too. *is all ears... continue please ;)

Yes, Joey, I drew the avatar and then painted it in oil colors over acrylic. I've painted this one quite a few times in fact, as people tend to beg or buy it from me before I have finished each new one. I'm flattered, of course.
If you want to see the names of some of my friends, just see who came to my first myLot party, listed under discussions I've started and I'll start putting links to more of my articles, poems, and art on my profile. Thanks for reminding me that I need to do that!

I used to draw a fair bit, I tend to give it up and the same could be said for my writing. I usually still draft song lyrics, although my interests of those have long been buried with my site dedicated to it.

hello there joey_matthews... well, my friends, the discussions and my earnings brighten my visit here on mylot. it inspires me when i see my earnings have risen to some cents and it adds everyday to make it a whole lot more... my friends keeps on updating me with how is their life and the discussions are highly appreciative...

I like a lot of people here and really what it comes down to is recognizing the name! Like when I see your pic and name, I feel like I know you or remember your discussions. It's nice :) I have a lot of "friends" on here and sometimes I look at my list and say "who the heck is that??" So to have someone memorable who actually responses to my discussions is probably what makes me stick around :) When these people that I "know" don't have a lot of new discussions, I get bored quicker.

There is a scared bear who brightens up my day. I love it when he posts! And a momma who has 3 kids, she's one of my favorites! And anyone who has the name sunshine in their name brightens my day up right away!

My mylot friends, and that includes you HEHE... I have this one particular friend who's always there responding to my discussions and recently I don't see him but I still appreciate his every deed on mylot. He always appreciates my discussions and even praises them LOL

me! lol i brighten up all days! only kidding i used to be here under nikki_111 but now i had to sign up all over again... let that be a lesson 4 posting my link! i only did it on 1 day!!!
there are many people that i like to chat too here, these people are often around my age group or area. But i like to think that i can talk to people of all ages from everywhere.
