Building a new restaurant

Oh boy you have hit on one of my pet peeves about the town I live in. We desperately need a classy family sit down restaurant. I would prefer that it be locally owned. Something that serves real food, such as a cattle boat fare, anything other then Italian or pizza. We have every kind of fast food you can think of, we have a couple of cafes that serve plate lunches, on Chinese buffet but no real place to go out on a "date" with spouse or lover.

I would love a Long John Silver's to come to town. I love them even if they aren't healthy. I have to go to them every time I go to the next town over. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I would like to see a good Italian Restaurant. The mom and pop one has strange hours, as its open a different time each day. Its to hard to remember when a business has unusual hours. The chain restaurant doesn't open until 4:00pm.

I've always liked the Mom & Pop restaurants - the food is usually the best in town, more like home cooking, the family friendly atmosphere and hey you can eat at those chain places where food is mass produced anytime.
