I thought we were Haunted, this will really make you laugh...

I have to share this one with you as it will really make you giggle. About a month ago my husband told me one morning that as he was falling asleep the night before, he thought he heard a womans voice saying something to hime. Well this went on for about a week and at this point i thought he was imagining it. Anyway a couple of nights later as i was dropping off to sleep sure enough i heard this muffled womans voice, i couldn't make out what she was saying though. So i told my hubby to set up his camcorder the next night to see if we could catch anything on it. In the morning we played it back, there was a voice and it sounded like she was saying "get up you lazy sod" and it sounded very much like my husbands dad ex-wife! What made it worse was that my hubby is going through a rather stressful court battle as his daughter lives with an uncle now that her mother has passed away, so it seemed like his ex had something to say. Well i said to hubby maybe she wants to say something to you, so that next night he sat up in the bedroom alone with the camcorder and asked her questions, there was nothing.. So i went up there as she knew me i thought she may be annoyed with me for being with him and she didn't want me to play mother to her daughter. Now i must add that we believe in ghosts and spirits otherwise i guess we wouldn't be doing this. So i sat upstairs with a candle as i was really scared, and asked her some questions. After about five minutes i heard the voice, i screamed downstairs for hubby as i was petrified and he come and got me. that night i was too scared to sleep, i truly thought we were being haunted by his ex-wife, i told my friends, my sister, everyone that i knew... A day later i was woken up at 3.40am with the voice, i knew thats what the time was as i looked at the clock after i'd heard it. When hubby brought me my morning cup of tea i told him about it, and as we were talking we heard the voice. I looked at the time, it was 7.40am, hmmmmmm that seemed a little weird that it was at the same minutes before the hour so i said to hubby, at 8.35am go upstairs and listed see if you hear it again, sure enough it happened at 8.40am but this time he found out what it really was.. Five years earlier i had brought a very small travel alarm clock/photo frame for hubby and you could record a message on it. Well it never worked properly but i didn't chuck it away i shoved it in the back of a drawer. Well guess what, for some absurd reason it had started to work and the message was my voice saying "wake up you lazy sod". I daren't tell my family that the ghost was actually me.. lol
