Caffine and migraines? OMG Help!

It is 11:30 PM and I am up....I am so tired,but the only thing that would really get rid of a killer pukeing migraine today was Imetrex injection and a butt-load of coffee. Now I am jittery and won't get any sleep which can lead to more migraines. I am on a vicious circle here...any suggestions?
