I am making fun vouchers for my daughters 21st B'day i need ideas that cost

Hi there its my daughters 21st B'day in a few months and as we don't have alot of money i thought that i could make up some fun vouchers things that we could do as a family, that cost very little or no money, like come round and bake cookies. As she loves baking with her mum and since she left home she misses it. I am running out of ideas can anyone think of something that would either be for her or that we could all do as a family. I have already put picnic, card evening, seaside. I need more things for her..
