Tubal Ligation Regrets....

My tubes are tied and I deeply regret having this procedure done. I was only 21 years old when I got my tubal ligation, but I had just had my 3rd child and their father left me.
So at that time, Tubal Ligation was a good idea for me. Now that I am older, I regret it and want another baby but I cannot afford a reversal. It has been 10 years since my tubal ligation. What are my chances of getting pregnant? I know that this can sometimes happen.
My tubes were cut, tied, and burned during a C section.

I really cant comment on the medical side since im not a doctor but all i can say if your religious then try praying for miracles..i myself believe in one...

Your chances of getting pregnant without the refersal is slim and none. I had the same procedure after my second daughter was born, for the simple fact we didn't want any more children and I too had a c-sect. It has been 19 years since that procedure was done.

I am not sure how possible it is for you to get pregnant, but i am having this proceedure done when i have my c section too in about 3 months. I am having number two and dont want anymore for sure. Two is enough i believe. But hearing your story is making me think twice. Although i'm a lot older then you were when you had yours. . I am almost 28, so i promised myself i wouldnt have children after 30 because the risks increase, and i want to have some sort of life before i get too old to go out and do anything! lol. I wish you good luck, and i hope that you either get pregnant or win the lotto so you can have another baby if that is truely what you want!

my tubes were done the same way when i was 25 and my dr. so regrets doing it. even at the time he felt i was to young.as far as your chances go, chalk it, if they were just tied maybe. i know a lady that got prego 3 times with tied tubes.

Sorry that you are feeling this way after your tubal operation.
I chose to hve my done at 29 after baby number 7.
Was the right choice for me.
Yes I do have my days where I think I would love another baby .. But now.. NO WAY...
I think you would need to see a fertility dr about this issue.
