get the amount of sleep u need/ insomania

you can not cheat sleep .what you do not get in the rest you will pay in diminished alertness,poorer performane,drowsiness,and irritability.and you will have to make up your sleep debt anyway.
get in the habit of knocking off early ,get a good nigt sleep atlest about 8 hours,and start day rested,refreshed
and ready to do your
good night

my problem is i cant get to sleep and stay to sleep and i dont know why this is going on either. i am getting very fustrated

I was diagnosed with sleep insomania 1.5 years ago. I have a back injury. With having this back injury I'm lucky to get 2 - 4 hours of sleep a night. I often go days without sleeping as well. It depends on what a person is going through that is causing them to have this sleep disorder. I have tried everything out there pills, little tips etc and none have been successful as of yet. I think it also plays a big part in why I am in constant pain and having a hard time healing due to the lack of sleep I am suffering from.
