Who was disappointed with I Am Legend?

I couldn't wait to see this film, and when i eventually did i came out of the cinema feeling cheated, the end was so poor and abrupt... All that money that they saved on lack of actors, you would have thought they could have had a better ending.. Another question aswell, he had took the time and spent money excetra on the downstairs lab and shutters on the doors windows, surely he could have put solar/sunbed panels in one room at least to have kept them out, don't you think?
