Hello,there,
Ageing is a process that everyone of us can't avoided ..As for me I am afraid of growing old as everyone of us will suffer from this experience .
If u think uare young then u are young if u think u aren't then u aren't .I have already see alot of the old people they don't not old due to they have a clear mind and a freash mind ,they don't mind how old they are what they can do is to enjoy life .
It is not important whether we are old or not what raelly count is our attitude and how we view old ageing..

Although I tease about it during conversations on myLot, I am not worried about my age. I feel good most of the time. I'm not at all overweight, no gray hair and don't look or act my age. This is according to many others who are surprised when they find out how old I am. It's actually funny. I'm 61, have three grown children and two grandkids. I work part time, go gambling, hang out on the computer, go to parties, hit a nightclub every once in awhile and overall love life and live it to the fullest.
The old saying, "your only as old as you feel" is very true.

Hello spoiled311,
I am 35 and I don't think that I am old *smiles* I love being myself but yes, I do worry that I take things for granted. I less concern about my appearance lately and friends and family have been asking me the same question for months. So of my wish list this year is to maintain my youthful and happy go lucky attitude *laughs* Hope I will make it and wish me luck.
By the way, due to my negligence, I am also having an arthritis due to my bad diet when I was in my 20's. That is bad...really!

I am 28 years old - I don't lie about my age nor do have a tendency to do so. I don't believe in saying I am getting old, because I don't feel it nor do I act like it. I am mature in things I do, for handling responsibilities in life, but I'm young at heart, I realize I will have wrinkles in my life time, but I'm not thinking about that right now. I do believe what helps is to live, be and act young at all times. And also depends on what foods you eat also exercise to keep in shape and your body healthy.

There came a time in my life, esp in my teenage years that I hated admitting my real age. Even to myself. LOL.
However as the years went by, I have gotten used to having my birthday and aged changed at the start of the year. So now, I just tell everyone my real age and sometimes it amuses me that a lot of people mistake me for a minor or someone younger than my actual age is.
So I think, one should not be uncomfortable about their age but should focus on how they look and how much they have grown in life.

I too am not worried about aging. I am thirty. Yup, I too have these aches and pains, but that is coz I am too lazy to exercise. Maybe it is the same with you too? Simply exercise for ten to fifteen minutes every morning and the aches and pains will go along with the excess weight. :) I tried it today, and presto, the usual aches have vanished.
Back to aging. I believe it is all in the mind; you are old only if you feel old. You can be sixteen and feel old or you can be sixty and feel like twenty. Right now, I feel around 22. LOLz..cheers and happy mylotting!!

I'm 44 (for now). Until I turned 44, I ALWAYS lied about my age. LOL I had my kids really young so, I always lied that I was older than I really was. It got so confusing after many years of doing it that, when I turned 44, I thought I was 46! After another birthday of my husband and my kids correcting me, I decided that I would no longer lie about my age.

There are diffenern opinions about aging. There is a proverb which says that man is like a beautiful flower when he is thirty otherwise woman is like bean waste at the same time.I have no discrimination against women here.Thirty is an important age for man,s enterprise and life, the same as age for woman,s feature.

I don't mind aging. I don't want to look older than I am, but I don't mind looking my age, and I don't mind telling people- I am 31. I don't know why everyone is so afraid of wrinkles or gray hair. I don't know why people think of aging as a disease. They spend so much time and money trying to look young that they mutilate themselves beyond recognition.
I would much rather age gracefully. I am happy with who I am, and I am not going to pretend to be younger, because I don't think younger is necessarily better.

30 is still a young age. You will get considered old at 40 which is my case :)
