After youve been typing away on computer and loosing all sense of time? I usually get to half a cup then it sits. So I would just throw it out. What a waste of good coffee. So now Im re-heating it in the microwave. Yes Im proud of myself!Share with me do through your cold coffee or tea out?

I am not a difficult person to please, so I drink it cold! I have left coffee out in my van for a day or 2 then finished it, as long as the temp stays cool. I personally don't like chunky milk.

I could not figure out why when I reheated my coffee on my days was just terrible but on other days is was almost better then when I poured it. This really puzzled me. Will one day the light bulb went on! One day I noticed that if I reheated coffee from the pot in the microwave it tasted just great and like I said sometimes even better then when I started. When I reheated coffee in my mug it was horrible. The difference is the milk in my coffee. So I tried this purposely a couple of times. Yes when I warmed up my cup of cold coffee with milk it was dreadful but to take cold coffee from the pot with out milk was just great and like I said before sometimes even better. I dont' know how sugar affects reheating as I don't have sugar in my coffee. Now mind you I am having my own strange problem with coffee these days and I am really hoping right now I can go make a pot of coffee and enjoy every bit of it. Well at least 2 or 3 cups.

I am a reheater. That is why the microwave was created. lol I usually only brew enough for myself and my husband. By the time my coffee gets cold the pot is empty. So its re heat or brew more. Re heating is less time consuming.

Oh yes Terry, I have to do it very often. If I am at computer or in front of the TV, I forget about my tea or coffee and it gets cold. As it happens very often, I don't want to waste my tea or coffee every time. So I just re-heat it in the microwave.

Hi Terry,
I don't drink a lot of coffee anymore, but may have just one a week. It's a 'Tim Horton's' coffee, so if it's cold by the time I get home, I'll reheat it. I do drink tea at times, and will do the same with this, and also hot chocolate.

Actually, I prefer my coffee/tea lukewarm or cold so it never gets wasted here. I usually end up letting it sit for a while b4 I will even attempt to drink it since my mouth hates anything hot.

Hey Terryz, my husband and I have always reheated our coffee. Like you said, it is a waste to just throw it out. Especially with how expensive it is to buy. My husband and I even reheat coffee the next morning if there is any left in the pot from the day before. Of course that very seldom happens because between the both of us we normally drink a whole pot in one day.

Good Girl Terry, I'm proud of you, haha!
No, I've never thrown my coffee or tea out, I can drink it hot or cold, doesn't make any difference to me.
I love cold coffee in the summertime especially, mmmm yummy, with lots of cream. I like the flavored creamers so my coffee basically tastes good anyway, plus, I'm too short on cash to throw it away. I'm lucky I can get the flavored creamers, but, gotta have some fun, ya know?

I don't drink coffee but my husband does he has never re heated his coffee if it gets cold he will throw it out. My dad used to reheat his coffee in the microwave though I don't see any reason in wasting it just becasuse its cold when we microwaves that will reheat stuff.

I don't drink tea, but I do love coffee. If I'm alone and I have a half pot of coffee made and I'm the only one drinking it I will just pour it back and refill my cup because I drink it black anyway. If there's others drinking it then I'm guilty of throwing it out, then poring more in my cup.

Yes, some times I do re-heating my coffee. When I am busy with the kids, I often forget to drink my coffee and it is pity to throw it since it's normally still almost a full cup.So I did re-heating with the microwave.Just like you :)

Some people are more particular about the freshness of their coffee than other people. If it doesn't bother you, then you probably are correct and should go ahead and drink it and not waste your money. I am not a coffee drinker at all, but I know other people that would never do this though. Good luck, and don't sweat the small stuff.

I don't normally have time to reheat my coffee, as I drink it too fast, I will go through at least Two large cups per hour.
On the rare occasion that I forget it, or my wife has made me a cup without telling me and it has gone cold, then sometimes I will reheat it in the microwave, but it never tastes quit the same. So more often than not, I will just drink it cold while I make another one up fresh, to drink afterwards.
