my dog cant stop peing on my floor i think he has issues

My dog pees on the floor as well, it drives me nuts, have tries so much to stop her doing it. She is a small dog and I get told that it is a small dog thing, I can handle the tiles but when she pees on the carpet, she knows she is in the bad books!!

What kind of dog do you have? usually a small dog does this cause its scared! Or is trying to get attention being spoiled cause he or she doesn't realize you know they are thier. Of course if its an old dog then their are meds for them to take..Take Care
