Its my birthday tomorrow

Well its my birthday tomorrow..well in 10 minutes. I'm not sad, I don't get all worked up about my birthday and start think holy crap i'm older now. I feel it is just a number. It does not say how well the years have been to me or how bad they have been to me. I count my blessings that I have made it this far and have 3 beautiful children and a wonderful husband. I would not change any of it for the world. I also say a pray that god will keep me going for another year and another and another. Thats all we can ever do. I think back on some of the birthdays I have had there were some really good laughs and some tear jerkers too but all in all they were mostly good. I remeber one year I didn't get something I wanted and was super upset I was only about 7 or 8 and I had to act brave for my friends. Then one year we got plastered...a group of us had the same month birthday and we had a big ole party and drank strawberry daiquirs...my fav even if I can't spell it. LOL. Well thats my discussion tonight. You can respond with your own fav birthday memories to wish me a happy birthday as I turn 28.

Happy 28th!!!!!!!!!! It's not that bad...I'm 28 as well. Just another year really. LOL! Anyways, happy birthday and God bless

it's been an okay year so far. My husband is overseas, so that kind of puts a damper on things, but he'll be home in May so things are starting to look up and we are planning on renewing our vows in july...so, yeah, over all it's been a pretty good year and will continue to get better. Thanks so much for asking. I'm sure it will be a good year for you as well and i certainly hope that nothing horrible happens either. God bless and keep us posted on how things are.

for some of us we celebrate our birthdays in solomn way. just as you've said, the years are just numbers and how long one has lived up to. i pray that the lord will really give us the eyes to see, hears to hear and whatever that could do and tell the world he is the creator.

im 38 now but when i had my sixteenth birthday my mom had a suprise party for me and a male stripper.......what fun that was.wishing you a happy happy happy birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!
