chicken recipies need ideas

Hi! does anybody know of any easy to make chicken recipies. My husband went grocery shopping and let me tell you we have a boat load of frozen boneless chicken breasts. We have 2 adults a 1 year old if that helps. I need ideas! thanks!

Do you have a slow cooker? If you do I have a great recipe for Chicken Parisienne.

not sure how this would work with the one year old but i like to take the chicken and bake it then put a slice or too of ham and then motzarella cheese on top and let the cheese melt thats really food
or you can bake it and shred it up mix it with some taco seasoning and make chicken tacos or wrap it in tortillas and then cover with enchilada sauce and top with cheese you can also put cheese in side if you like alot of cheese hope this helps
