I would recommend taking a colon cleanse. This is a great way to detox your system from poisonus toxins. This greatly decreases your chances of getting colon cancer.

It depends on what you need. I take a multi-vitamin, but probably need more Vitamin C. There is that, plus Zinc, Potassium, Iron, and Calcium. You might need more B vitamins. Have you asked your doctor as to what he recommends? There are also herbs that you can get in a health food store. What I would suggest is to see what you are lacking in, read the literature, and get the supplement for that. For instance, there are herbs for bad memories, herbs that are good if you have constipation. etc.

I take a multi-vitamin, a good one that contains natural products. Most women need calcium if they do not or are unable to drink much milk. Also you might try an iron supplement if you are low on that, a zinc supplement if you need that, and vitamin C. I am just going by what I need and if I can get it naturally, like in food, I will not need it, other than the multi-vitamin. For instance, I did not put down potassium because I eat bananas. And if you were a guy and weight lifting, would put down protein powder. You would have to go to a doctor to find out what he recommends.

A multi vitamin is always good and as well greens, like greens plus or Barkey green. Other than that it depends what you want the supplement for...There are many differnet supplements and vitamins that are for different ailments. For example, Kelp is good for thinning hair and Vitamin B is good for stress and Bi-polar....speak with a nutritionist or doctor who is open tho these things to get a better idea of what is best for you.
