making money through stock market

The stock market is interresting but how things work there is the key mother of the day.I'll like to have more knowledge about it. I'd be careful right now. I can't see many stocks doing well this year as it appears we are starting a recession. Didn't the market los like 5 straight days in a row? I used to have a friend big on the stock market. He was a recovered gambling addict but ironically he just replaced his gambling with the stock market making all kinds of trades daily. I think people need to be very careful before they think of investing in the market. If I had to invest in something right now I think Gold is one thing that will not falter but I'm sure its expensive to get in on that.

The market went to bear mode now, losing 20% from its peak and 77% of the stocks are lower than a year ago. You need to be careful, there is no trend to rely on and the recession will make things worst. These analyst reports may be very dull and so, thou they can exterminate a stock in a recommendation. One think that I learned is that stocks can go down very fast 5-10% in a day no matter what the trend is.

Wouldn´t it be better to make money from Forex trading? Actually you also have to watch trendlines and indicators, but you´re more flexible because you can make money in rising AND falling trends. Sure, there´s also a great risk, so you must be very careful and gain enough knowledge before you even start. And you´re right, the market is driven by emotion and sometimes "self-fulfilling prophecies". Good luck to you!
