Alright will someone tell me what people are looking for when it comes to blogs. I mean those companys that pay you to put things on your blogs. I like those free blog sites that work fast. But sometimes putting pictures and getting information from others with their permission can be hard..New to this any suggestions?

I enjoy blogs that are genuine. Blogs that are made just for making money are obvious and shallow. I like to find a blog with content. I look for interesting stories about everyday life or people. Or I enjoy political commentary, satire, fashion, or just interesting stories I might now otherwise hear. I just like blogs with actual content! Putting 4 links in one post for a product is pretty obvious that it's just a blog to make money. I mean, best of luck to them, but that's not what I want to read!

Well you can have a blog to make money and be genuine...It's called 'balance'.
I mean, I like to write on my blog. I love especially talking about marketing tactics and new programs and stuff like that..But every once in a while it's also nice to be paid for a blog post.
The balance is keeping it on a ratio...My ratio is no more than 1 paid post for every 10 real post.

You probably need to have a blog with a bit of authority before adding a paid for post. Things like positive comments, maybe a page rank of at least 2, and several content worthy posts...
