My favourite passage is Luke 4 which some calls it as the Nazereth Manifesto. I like it cos here we read Jesus spelling his agenda for the ministry. And Luke got the thing in just few verses.

Yes, I also do read the entire Bible. But among all the books I think I read Luke more often, may be, because he was a Gentile and so I could relate his writings with my context well. But as theologians have book of their expertise, am trying to be much more familiar with Luke than other writings. However, I believe all of the books need to taken together to tie all the loose strands together or else we into problems.

Thank you for sharing - I read a book each day called 'The Word For Today' published by United Christian Broadcasting and find comfort and Inspiration in it each morning before I start the day. Because you need a friend, Jesus knows the worst about you, yet He believes the best. Why? Because he sees you not as you are, but as you will be when He gets through with you. What a friend!! It always helps me through the day reading sections like his. Ellie :D

hello ellie333. I love Psalm 91 too. I also have Exodus as my most favorite book of the Bible. I believe Exodus is the most entertaining book in Old Testament. I love how GOD had Moses lead the Israel children out of Egypt and also the miracles inside four Gospels so far.
Proverb is also my favorite when I feel down in my effort I will read Proverb again, and I will feel relieved somehow about life.
