Sarah Connor Chronicals, was anyone disappointed like me?

I was pretty disappointed. I mean, I knew it was going to have to mess with the storyline from the movies, and I knew there was no way it could really be true to the movies, but I had hoped it might at least be interesting... and it really wasn't. I agree with what you said about the characters as well. They just weren't quite right. I didn't feel like I wanted to watch it again, or like I was waiting to see what would happen next.

i was really looking forward to seeing this show. but then i totally forgot about it and ended up coming across it when flipping thru the channels. it was about half way thru the first episode so i stopped. after a couple of minutes i realized that the short "little girl next door" character was a terminator i went "what?". she certainly doesnt fit the bill in accordance with the movies..even the blonde terminator was more impressive, i really didnt care for her at all. very disappointing, im sure it wont last long.
