Do You Clean Your Tongue?

Hi there :) For me cleaning my mouth is a very very important thing to do.. I brush my teeth after eating anything my friends used to make fun of me because of this.. they used to say -hey you drank water you should go brush your teeth :p-, clean my tongue, floss and wash my mouth on daily bases... I hate bad breath and dirty teeth.. ewwwwww... Nice topic :)

Yes i do clean my tongue... Bacteria doesn't just dwell in the gum lines. I got myself one of those crest brushes with the tongue cleaner on the back. Works pretty well i have to say.

I always clean my tongue whenever I'm brushing my teeth. But seldom with the use of a tongue cleaner. I feel cleaner brushing my tongue than using a tongue cleaner.

I always include brushing my tongue in my mouth care regimine!

Yeah YUCK YUCK EWWW! Your should brush your tongue i didn't know about this for ages the i was like oh my god, why havn't i done this before! It really makes your whole mouth feel alot cleaner and fresher.

I clean my tongue very well, and yes I heard that cleaning your tongue is just as important as brushing your teeth, so people clean your Tongue!!!

i will clean my tongue once in two days my friend. its must to clean tongue. if not it will look very durty if some one intimate us to clean out tounge. if we clean daily it ll hurt our tast glance. some time it made a wound it give more force to clean

Yes, of course. Whenever I brush my teeth, I also brush and clean my tongue. And I do that to erase all the dirt coming from the food I eat. And I am doing that 4 times a day. And according to the dentist, that is a healthy sign of a good teeth.

Im probably one of those who doesn't neglect it, but hasnt understood what's so good about tongue cleaning. Besides that i have a slight problem if i have to stick someting a bit into my mouth, it feels disturbing due to that i feel some fomit reflex by doing it.

i heard from a schoolmate one time that their professor told them that it is not necessary to clean our tongue. but for me, i am more satisfied at the cleanliness of my mouth if i clean my tongue. i mean, bacteria also dwell in one's saliva right? and the tongue is the producer of that saliva...

My toothbrush has a tongue scraper on the back so I do it every time I brush my teeth.

I do !!...But i clean mine with the toothbrush.. It gets second nature ...when i do my teeth..i do my tongue!!!

I do actually clean my tongue. I did not do it for the longest time, but eventually I learned that it's pretty important to do so. My wife had a tongue scraper and I noticed it and I asked her about it and she eventually told me about the need to clean my tongue.

I totally clean my tongue. Although I just brush it and use Listerine.

i've heard that before too. mouth wash also helps to kill the germs that cause bad breath. I usually just brush mine with my tooth brush.
