If you could go back in time and witness any event in history, what would it be?

The advent of mankind. Then the beautiful world in which we live upon would not be so ravaged and destroyed by our pride, greed and selfishness.

I would go back in time and hang out with Hitler or Stalin. The way their brain works fascinates me. I would really just like to observe and study their reign of terror first hand. I want to see how the things they did were in anyway justifiable. I want to see the techniques they used convince their supporters. I want to learn everything about them.
