exam stress

when i have exams i feel realy exhausted and frustrated.i start right away crying and getting furious about anything and anyone. i can't stand any "bad" thing from anyone.can anybody help me get over this?does anyone feel the same about exams to sahre with me their experiences.?

I am going through my first exams right now and i got to say being prepared or haveing teachers say your gonna do well helped me to deal with some of the stress.

Hi: First of all wouldn't it be great if there were no things as exams. Unfortunately, you might be very bright but if you get really nervous about the exam your grades might not reflect your best. The best thing to do is study during the year so the exam is a breeze, if you didn't do that first of all see if you can ask the teacher some stuff about it. Is it multiple choice, open book, find out how much does it count for the final mark. If it only counts for 20% of the final grade don't sweat it. Best of luck

well i for one never take any tension of the exams. you should start to normalize your life before exams. keep in touch with your friends about how there studies are going, that is only truthful and studious people. ask them how they are starting and then work accordingly. try only to study and do not think of revising until you have completed your total course . when you have done that you can revise all the things easily but as some of the highly tense people do you may have forgotten all that you have studied. do not get upset as it is normal and at the time of exam you will remember everything as long as you have studied it.

Usually I try to learn as much as possible during an academic year in order to be prepared for exams without much extra work. But very few people have the patience and motivation to do the same

I have heard of people like you from some of my teachers from high school and my english teacher told me that she used to take this student aside and give them their test in a calm quiet place like the library or after school in the class room. She also said that when it was comming up for test time she would label the page not as test but as simply another school assignment or project and the student would be able to relaxe the night before and study like he should. I hope this helps you out. try asking your teacher to do some of these things for you if they will. Just calm down and take a deep breath and look at it as not a test but something smaller like a home work assignment or such.
