On sunday will the annual feast of Sr. Sto Nino...during that same day, there will be steet parade from diffirent province offering their dance to the child Jesus. This has been a yearly event for decades now in Cebu, Philippines. where all have to do to get around the city is walk, since roads will be closed out for the parade and there will be party everywhere. the sad thing is though, i wont be able to go out and have fun since ill be working ( i mean having to work in a 24/7 company with no holidays) i took a leave but i was denied due to whatever reason. i guess, ill have to watch it in the television then.

If it is a big holiday, then probably many people requested it as a day off. That is what happens in the US.Then the people who have the most seniority get the time off, and the newer people have to work. Sorry you will miss getting to go out and have fun, hope you get to see what you want to on TV.

Ill be working at night, but thats when all the party starts! The street party during daytime is just the beginning! I can go out in the morning and go around with the street party but then again, when i go to work at night, i know ill be very exhausted already. the sad thing also is that, we dont have public utility vehicles going around because most the road access are because of the parade..
