the good thing with that is that you will be young still when they are grown up!
anyways, my daughter is 14 and she just told me someone in her english class is pregnant...also a friend who is a teacher of grades 7 & 7 tells me that it is NOT uncommon to see one or 2 pregnant girls throughout the year!

I was 16 when I had my first daughter (she is 12 now) and 18 when I had my son. I agree, Kandikisses, it was definately hard. I was making A's and B's in my classes, and when I had my daughter the school kicked me out for being a "bad influence" - that was the most humiliating thing in the world! I married their dad (obviously that one didn't work out) and he and I went down some horrible roads, but now, 12 years later, he is finally a part of their lives. I am remarried and also have an 18 month old. So yes, it is hard, but not impossible to manage. The trick is teaching our children to wait, so they don't have to go through the hardships too.

my cousin had her first baby when she's 16..she's too young then, then she has now 2 boys going to elementary..it's not easy i think because being a teen mom needs an advice from the parents, needs a shoulder to cry on, needs a support from loved ones, but she's now happily married.. i had my child when i was 25..not young..

I had my oldest at 17. I later married and had two more children at 21 and 24. I think my oldest daughter who is now 11 and I have problems with our relationship because I was too young when she was born. I took care of her on my own and things looked good on the outside, but I don't feel I bonded with her like I should have back then. I really hate it but am not sure how to fix it. We have alot more behavior problems with her than we do with the other two.

i had my daughter when i was 19 almost 20.. its not really considered a teen mom anymore, but yeah, i was/am younger then my parents agreed with.. i couldn't imaging how hard it would be emotionally to have a child at 14. i have a few friends that have had babies at a younger age.

I had my oldest right after I turned 17. It wasn't too bad till I had to move out. Then I had to work 60 hour weeks to support the two of us. If I knew then what I know now I would have found a better job! Now that I'm older and married it's no different for me than any one else.

i had my son at 17 then 16 months later i had my daughter...it was almost like having twins...the bottle breaking and potty training was easier the second time around thank goodness..lol now they are almost 14 and 12.5 ...it still is'nt easy . but everyday is a welcome challenge and i would'nt change one second of it. not the sleepless nights, working overtime, runny noses , and broken knick knacks. because all the mommy i love you 's makes up for it...
