I just read an article about having tattoos and regretting it! They focused on being a MOM and corp America. I had my tattoo done way before the trend, I've had it for 20 yrs and I still Love it! I've worked in VERY VERY Corp environments and nothing much ever became of it. Its on my ankle, so when I wore sheer stockings you could see it a little. Most people just ask me if it hurt and of course I said HELL Yeah, and itched liked crazy. I will never do it again! Its just a rose with thorns, bitter sweet and that's how I feel about life....It has its good points and bad points and someplace in between, but I have never ever regretted having it. I now have a son, when he was little he would try to munch on it but now he knows and he thinks its pretty cool. Still to this day, twenty years later, I still get compliments. I love my custom body art work, it symbolized a part of me and my life. I hope, one day, I can tell my grandchildren about it. As far as tattoos on the arm and chest of a women, well, to each his own, I just wanted my to be a little discreet. Do you have a tattoo and do you wish you could have it removed? why or why not?

That's cool! I like simple tattoos. I wanted one back then and I wanted it to be on my lower or upper back, I kinda feel it's sexier there.. in the ankle it's sexy too.

I have a tattoo and I love it. I wish I could get more but it seems silly to have more when I could put that money back into my family. But I don't think I will ever regret my tattoo. It's hidden so no one can see it unless I show it to them. I love tattoos on other people too. I do think that they should be tastfully done, and women expecially have it harder when getting a tattoo. I mean my sister has tattoos on her neck, stomach, wrists every where and it just doens't look good. But then I've seen women who will have a full sleeve done and it looks amazing. As long as it all flows and it's done right. And who cares what everyone else thinks of you. It's your personal expression. If they are going to look down on you because of it or what not you didn't need them in your life to begin with.
