For laptops I use a 15.4" and for Desktops I have a 17" monitor, though I wouldn't complain if I had a 30" Mac Display :)

to me I prefer small screen sizes. The laptop that I'm currently using now is 13.3", widescreen though. I actually wanted to get myself the 12.1" screen but all small notebooks seem to be so expensive. However, my laptop at work is a 14.1" wide screen. .

Since I edit photos for professional use and like to watch movies, I love my 19" widescreen. I don't think I would ever consider a screen less than 17". I have gotten too used to a larger size. I'd actually love about a 23", though.

i used to use my 15"in screen but when i used the 17" screen from then on i prefer using this as 15"looks a bit smaller to me as i am used to 17" display.

I have been using 17" for many years now, and I am so used to this size that I do not wish either bigger or smaller monitor. I will buy 17" again when my current monitor gets old.

I personally like my 17" laptop. Its a little harder to fit in bags than the 15", but when I'm at home watching a movie, surfing the internet, or playing games, I appreciate the big screen. Bigger is better. . . duh! ;)
