We just had eggs for dinner last night. My children like it when we mix it up a little and have breakfast for dinner. I wouldn't say eggs are "hard" to digest but they do have a fair amount of protein and I was told by a doctor (when I was pregnant and struggling with all day "morning sickness") that your body takes more time to digest protein so it keeps you from getting hungry so soon.

Eggs are good during pregnnacy. Easy to cook and mouth watering. is it good? Did you or family members have any problems with taking eggs for dinner? Another thing is that there eggs are rich in cholesterol. One egg can meet the daily required amount of cholesterol.

Did your friend say why? I don't see why its not good... Eggs are pretty good for you. I don't eat em for dinner myself but i don't see why its not good for you...
Actually i guess i do in a sense, i like to take eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage and mix em all up in a big pan and eat it all week. Its quick, easy, taste good an dim pretty sure is full of protein.

It seems it is hard to digest at night. She was trying to reason it and tell me when I told that my son(2year old) vomitted a few hours after dinner. He was sick for 2 days after that with diahorrea.

Yes, we do have eggs for dinner. We don’t have it boiled or fried as it is, we make a curry out of it with potatoes. It’s a very tasty curry. Either we boil the egg and then put it in the boiling gravy or we make omelets and then put the omelets in the gravy. It is good enough for dinner on days that I am too tired to prepare anything elaborate and the family loves it too.

I never heard such thing before but the thing which I know, we cannot consume to much eggs in a week. Too much eggs is not good for our heart, but this is not that sure especially if you have a full round egg yolk as a half cooked fried egg. But for dinner, I never heard eggs is bad for us.
