Are reality shows Staged???

It is no longer a doubt its a reality ..And even a kid these days knows I have closely observed that and you need proof one of friends was selected to Indian prelims later there was a special training for them on how to behave and how to make shows more emotional and many other gags ..

I think there is some reality to it but the producers add elements or concepts to get reactions out of the participants. It's all in fun and yet some reality shows can be very harmful to the participants psychie. A new show uses a lie detector test and the participants are asked questions. I have not seen it and think maybe I don't want to as it would be so humiliating for the contestants depending on the questions.

I think most of shows they show the things which never happens at all ..like showing more emotions i dont like most of indian stage shows because they look like someone is acting that way that is not real..

yea i think sum shows really are staged. it jus seems too weird the way things happen
