In RAM memory cell can be accessedfor information transfer from any desired random location.In this,read and write operation can take place.RAM is a volatile memory that is contents are lost when the power is switched off.RAM can be classified as dynamic or static. Dynamic RAM consists of a transistor and cacitor that is capabla of storing an electric charge.They are used in primary storaga section of most computers.Static RAM consista of internal flip floops that store the binary information

"In RAM memory cell" - It's redundant to say RAM memory though because RAM is Random Access Memory so it was like saying Random Access Memory memory.
