How do you keep track of everything?

I was just wondering, for those of you who are members of several "get paid to" sites, such as surveys, paid emails, things like that...how do you keep track of all of the sites?
1. Do you have a special email address that you use for all of these sites so that you do not clutter up your main email?
2. Do you keep track of these sites and visit them all daily?...like in anotebook or something?
I was just wondering because I seem to be having a real hard time trying to keep track of them all. Any suggestions would be helpful!

I keep a track of my work by using same mail id fro commuicating. When are reply comes i can find it easy and reconiition time is fast.i try a lot ro easrn through internet dedicatedly but not found not even a single way to earn. I check daily my mails and keep me updated. In mail inbox, i create folders which make me filter the types of mail met. I was just wondering because I seem to be having a real hard time trying to keep track of them all. Buzz me if you need any tyope of suggestions .

I have got different folders in my favourite section, eg, paid survey sites, moneyback site, quiz sites, aution sites, forum chat sites, charity sites. This way I am able to go into each and check for surveys or whether I have enough points to redeem without trying to remmeber them all. The only thing i cassionally write down in back off diary is if username or password are different to the norm.

I have them organized in my favorites in seperate folders then once a week I go through them and write down in a notebook how much i am at in each site so i no how much i am making and which sites i should concentrate the most on. Its tough but it gives me something to do when i am bored.

I have special e-mail accounts for different things. Since they all go through my website they are easy to check and to know when things are coming in.
I also have folders set up in my bookmarks section to keep track of the sites I go do and such. I visit every site at least one time during the day, Monday through Friday.

Hm...I created a speciale e-mail adress when I started this business, because even then I already knew that I might end up getting a lot of spam (which turned out to be true). And I also keep a sheet of paper in my notebook, where I write all the paid websites I want to stay active with...and of course I try to schedule each day so that I had about one hour of time to surf all these websites. Being careful and consistent in online business really helps to rise :-)
