i have real bad short term memory are there others

hey well im adrian 19 years old im wery healthy. but i have a very short term memory and i always forget peoples name when i meet them sucks with the girls right. i think it has something too do with all the (WEED) i smoke and all the (DRINKING)i do what do you think

I guess you're right. The effect of smoking and drinking might have some effects on your memory. Therefore, the best thing is to stop your smoking and drinking. If this offended you, please accept my apology!
