Pedophile case! AHH!!!!

i know this guy, a former friend of mine and it's FORMER because of recent situations. i have a baby sister who's 16 years of age and this former friend who happens to be 25 won't leave her alone! to make matters worse, she likes him too! i reported this to the police because this guy was also a fugitive who recently got arrested AGAIN but they couldn't help much because, "16 is considered an adult in the police department." now he's about to get deported back to vietnam and my sister dropped out of school because HE told her that school wasn't important as long as you know how to use your head blah blah. This is coming from a former drug dealer who got arrested. i try to be supportive to my sister in hopes that she won't rebel against me but i feel like the more freedom i give her the more she abuses it. how would you handle such a case?

Its time to put your foot down with your sister. You say hes about to go back Vietnam, how would you feel if she ran away with him? Put your footdown she may not be happy with you now but in the end you know your doing the right thing. Maybe some of your guy friends need to have a "talk" if you get what I'm saying, with this guy. I know if it was my little sister my guy friend would not be too happy about the situation. Hope all works out for you

Thank you for your response. i've tried a couple of times to talk to my sister about this.. and even sat her down and had her drink with me. yeah, i was being a bad influence doing that but she does it anyways. i just wanted her to relax so she could just talk it out. :\ i thought we had a couple of deep sister conversations but i don't think it worked out because i heard a couple of stories here and there from some of her friends regarding the many talks that we had. sucks doesn't it? i think i may be giving her too much freedom.

Pedophile usually mean young children of below 12 mostly...coz 13 to 19 is considered teenager or underage (till 16 or 18 depending on country) As for how to handle the case, you need a lot of persuasion to convince your sister that he's not worth it...and school is important
