do you use a filter jug for your drinking water?

i use one and it seems to have stopped the limescale in my kettle. i used to go through 4-5 kettles a year, i have now had the same kettle for 2 years. my hot drinks seem to taste better too, usually they taste like water without the water jug and the drinks had a froth like substance ontop....but no more. i enjoy drinking tea alot and it seems to taste better with my water jug, i thought i would just share that with you.lol

We use a Brita and we can tell a difference in our water. Especially from where we used to live. I never heard of it filtering out minerals that are good for you, but who knows? I've had people tell me that there are better water filtering systems, but some of them are just way too expensive for me at the moment.

We use a Brita pitcher occasionally. We also have a Brita filtration system on our kitchen sink faucet. That gets used on a regular basis. Can't say I notice much of a taste difference.

but does using the water jug take the froth.......the little bubbles of the top of your drink?
