do you spend hours and hours on the internet?

i have a confession to make, i spend hours and hours on the internet.
after 7 years of having the internet i still find things that amaze me, gone are the days of waiting for pages and videos to load, now its there at the touch of a finger.
i find so many different topics that interest me on the internet and find it to be a good learning place.
i knew not much about cooking, making videos etc.
but i used the internet to hone my skills and better myself.
also, with mylot.com i have asked questions about real life that maybe i need to be a bit more open minded on in the real world.
i have learnt alot from the internet, what other beneits from the internet are there?
how much firther can the internet go?
how much tme do you spend on the internet?

I spend a lot of time on the internet, but that is because my job depends a lot on it. I don't spend a lot of time surfing, but I mostly have a few reports that I do on-line and research. As more and more if what I do is online, then the less I'll actually have to go to an office...at least in theory.

another good benefit, being able to work from home.....but is that good.
or are we getting under our partners feet when they are trying to vacuum?

i think putting the skills u learnt on the internet to the real world is pretty good
as long as we don't waste too much time on it that's OK!

yes the internet is getting faster and faster. work -wise it also means that there is more work to be done and faster response times demanded.
i think mylot is a great place to cross cultures and learn more about others.
I think the internet has the potential to go much further. already video sites are becoming so popular, perhaps there can be university education just over the internet and being recognised as main stream.
I spend quite a lot of time on the internet, at least 5 hours a day.

Because I sell online, I'm on anything up to 8 or 9 hours a day everyday.As well as auction sites I'm on here and Email.I also look a lot of things online

Internet is a world wide web.. it's the biggest dictionary ever. If you wanted to learn something new, then internet is a big help. I can spend my entire surfing and making friend through the internet.

I'm a total internet addict. It's a hard habit to break lol and causes me to wander on endless websites when i am supposed to be studying for my degree lol.

For me is depend on my job,If there are more spare time so I spent about 6 hours but if I have job to do so I spent only one hour,cause I use the computer in my office, i use internet for search and communication purposes,i can also earn some extra money online especially in Mylot.

The internet is awesome b/c like you said there's always more things to find! I think it's just that now the world has access to so much knowledge that you can't help but play online. Plus I love doing things for extra cash such as Mylot :)
How much time am I online? Well.. way too much! But I try to take breaks and do other things at the same time so it's not too bad.

i spent a lot of times on internet as well.i only stops to sleep and eat.it is because i subscribed for unlimited broadband.so i do not want to pay just to surf for a few hours.it is not worth it to pay.
i learnt a lot of things from the internet as well.i like to read a lot of forums.i get a lot of information from there.i also learnt a few skills related to computer from the internet.mostly i use internet to download songs and movies.
internet is not only just for fun.but it also gives knowledge.you just have to be wise in using it for good purposes.i also use it to earn money by selling online.i think i really can't live without internet.

Yes I do. I used to spend many hours watching television. The time I spend on the internet I have taken away from watching TV. I think this is a much better use of my time. It is more interactive and I learn much more on th internet than from TV. As the internet evolves, I think people will start watching less television.

i think so too, i have now stopped watching programmes on the tv that i used to watch because i spend more time online.
i look at some of them and wander why i watched them in the first place, i suppose i didnt have internet then.

I spend about 10 hours in the internet at average. What do I do - listening to music, downloading tons of everything, finding stuffs like codes, graphics, images, blogging, watching videos. Now I'm just starting to discover how to make some money online.

i hate it when you're looking for something then you get distracted by something else, it makes you stay on longer.

I dont spend much time in the net at the most is 2 to 3 hrs a day only.. yeah i do learn a lot also here some you have mentioned already and i am very glad of this new technology..it is very helpful and informative as well that is if it use wisely..

Same here.I always think that i should stay a little lesser than usual but end-up breaking my rule every single time.It has always been several hours more than i always wanted it to be.I also cant make myself get up after knowing that I have crossed some time or atleast after knowing that I've been there long enough.Feel definitely guilty after every time but it doesn't seem to change me 1 bit.Not an addict but definitely out of control.Can be without it for days, but when i do sit, its too much.Though its only for useful stuff, it makes me feel guilty many times.

i am on the net now 15 years every day all day i love it. i don't watch tv and go out allot. i listen to music,radio work on programs i like. go to social networks and make good friends . I love it and i have 3 pcs in my house he he.

Yes I do..Lately I spent like 3-4 hours every single day on the internet. I have to be on the internet, and I don't know why. Is it only for checking out Mylot or whatever.

if i find something interesting on internet then yes, ispend hours and hours on it. although i spend hours and hours on it because i like to know news about yhe teams i am fun of them and the weather.i use to play bet games and for this also i spend lot of time on internet!!

Well,to me, it's about 4 hours daily.Cus we had forbidden to use the internet at work.
So,Go off the duty,I have to download DVD, musics, ebook etc.
or u may do other things just like chatting online with friends, look over the whole world news when u tap the keyboard.
And on internet, u can find much things beyond ur imaginations
