Is money the root of evil?

They say people change when they receive a good amount of money. Do you believe in this myth?

Well of course their attitude changes but if they receive more than they can handle effectively, does not matter anyway, they still use the lack of or gain in, to change their current moods. Sad what money does to people, huh ?

Choice is what defines us, not bank accounts. People are greedy whether they have a lot or a little. Its just far more noticeable when they have a lot...Its more to lose, hence the greed intensifies, however it was there all along.
Some make the choice to not be greedy, and if they do not have a lot it is less noticeable, but if they have a lot there charity is far more noticeable.
In a sense, money is more like a magnifier, the more you have the more noticable your nature becomes, good or bad.

Well,,, yea.. Some people change for good and some people turn bad when they recieve a lot of money.. Ut all depends on the person...

i agree...if i had more money i would give alot more to people who need it and wat not...but theres always going to be people who want more for themselves and less for others. So maybe its not a myth its more of a question of ethics and moral judgement
