Hello guys, I have a problem. I wish to download movies and have it stored on my hard disk, but I always failed to. How will I do store on hard disk a movie from the internet. Is there any way? Or is there a free site that offers free download on movies.

When you download movies from the internet, they are usually an XviD encoded AVI file. These act just like regular files that you can manipulate - you can delete, move, and copy them just like any other. If the file size is sufficient, you can burn them to a CD or a DVD for storage, or you can keep them on your hard drive if you have enough space.
Many sites offer free downloads for movies, although many of them are illegal to use. But if you are looking for them, look for Warez Forums or Bit Torrent Trackers (and no I am not encouraging piracy, I am just an enthusiast myself and answering this person's question).

I usually go to youtube when I want to download a movie, but I can't copy it from there to my hard disk. I also tried downloading to another sites, but it just take time buffering, after that I cannot copy.
Thanks for your suggestion. I will try the two -Warez Forums and Bit Torrent Trackers.
By the way, can it be consider piracy if you download movie just for personal use. Just curious.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Well YouTube videos are very low quality, they have low resolution and low frame rates. If you download scene releases and dvdrips, they have 25-30 frame rate, and 600-700 resolution width.
It depends what country your from, some countries like Canada and Sweden have a lot less restrictive copyright laws where as countries like the US are a lot more strict with the laws. But either way your chance of being sued is lower than that of dieing from a natural disaster today.
