Will India win the test?

I'man Aussie and believe that India will probably win this game, but the wicket is not doing too much and if Ponting or Gilchrist get going the target may be reachable. I kind of hope not, it would be nice to see India win a game and I think that Steve Waugh's Australian team was a better combination than the current line up

Symonds is gone now..but Gilchrist is there, once they were in a similar state 125-5 and had to make 300+, they did it then due to gilchrist...so as soon as they get Gilly out, the victory is assured.

The test match seems to be evenly poised. The wickets of Michael Clarke and Andrew Symonds will be crucial. If Indian bowlers pick up these two wickets then they can easily win. Otherwise it will be Australia's game!

I guess now is the big test. With 4 wickets down at 180-odd, Australia are definitely up against it. But they have Symonds at the crease now and he can take the game away very quickly by hitting a couple of lusty blows. And i see now that Symonds is GONE!! :D

a heavy hi to you andyvish! i am sure that india will make it. as steave buckner is out from rest of the series india will surely win this test. there are two days left and only 8 wickets to be taken for a marvelous victory over australia. thanks to mahendra singh dhoni and vvs laxman that target for australia has reached 413. in thye first innings australis were all out at around 200 runs then it would not be hard for india to get them all out before they reach their target. rp singh and irfan pathan also played well. irfan pathan is realy in a good form. but one thing is for sure, they would surely be missing harbhajan singh. infact, whole india is missing harbhajan singh. hope india now win all the coming test in this series so that they are able to win this sereis and prove australia that when the game is played fairely and according to the rules than india is the wineer....... best of luck to the indian cricket team!

Yes, India is bound to win to win the match. They have a great combination of young fast bowlers with Pathan(The sultan of swing) ,R.P.Singh(He can extract surprise bounce on any wicket),Ishant Sharma(He has emacul;ate line and length to get even the best in the bussiness)and last but not the least the evergreen Kumble. There is no chance aussies can survive this lethal combo

Now it has happened. India has won the third test.I think India has given a better answer to what australia did for all these days. Congrats Indian Team.

why do we think that aussies are unbeatable? many people replied to this post saying that the match could end in a draw... or even the aussies might win. they have some charismatic names in their line up but on basis of their first innings performance and the form of the indian pacers, couldn't anyone b confident about india's win. i think india will surely win this and also the next match to level the series. good luck team india.
