how to ready for your zodiacal year(one's own animal year)?

hello,everyone,wish this topic can grab your eyes.and i indeed need your sincere reply for this..you know,this is a 2008rat year,fortunately i borned in rat year.as many says it will takes bad fate in this year,it should be wear some red to avoid the so-called evil...i wonder that what is your talisman????..after the 1TH JAN in the lunar calendar welcome the real rat year.i choose the golden rat wear on my wrist,just this idea...and i ready go to get red underwear...LOL....so my dears...tell me,how could you ready for your zodiacal year.specially the same as me ---the rat ...thank you for your attention and comments in advance...

Well i guess i am a "Rat" too..My birthday is Feb 29th,and I am a leap year baby,so this year i will have a real birthday for a change.I only have a "Real" birthday every 4 years,so i am glad that i get a real birthday this year..I have not made any plans for "Rat year but now that you have told me ,maybe i will besure and wear a lot of red...Thank you for the information..this is very interesting...

If I was born on February 29, I'd be 21 "real birthday" years old. *LOL* Too bad the rest of me would lie.
