I need to apologize for being slow at my ratings

As most of you know I was not here for quite a while over the summer which left several of my discussions unresolved. So, last night I went through my unresolved discussions and made sure I got each and every one of them rated and a best response chosen for them also. I'm sorry it took me so long, actually I kind of forgot about it for a little while. I will be sure to stay on top of these things in the future and will be much more diligent about making sure they are promptly rated since you all take the time to give me such thoughtful responses. Thanks again for your patience.~D

Dfn,
Trust me you are not alone with the getting behind on rating and picking the best response. But I have a problem with choosing the best response when there is only one response. Have a nice day.

I desperately need to do the same thing. I have PAGES of them. I was away for quite a while too. I don't have very much time now, but try to drift in here and there to take a break from paper grading, lecture preparation etc. I hate to use my little time doing that task, I'd rather post! Ha! Perhaps I'll set a goal of resolving 10 per day. That should help!

I was like that when I was new to mylot. I didn't know I have to choose BR. But i did one and then I knew I had to check regularly. But anyway I don't think anyone will be pissed off if you don't choose BR yet.

Yes, it is easy to forget about rating and marking best responses. I try to do it every couple of weeks. I don't like having too many unresolved discussions-- I try to keep mine to 1 page. Abd I love marking the Best Response-- I feel like I'm giving out an award! lol
