Kids shopping! Love it or hate it?

I didn't used to, when they were younger. It just seemed to be such a hassle. I love it now that they are older, I take them out shopping with me and spend like crazy.

I do love to shop for my children, but I must practice self control so that they will learn to practice it and self denial as they grow into adults.

i used to like shopping for my kids when they were small too...now they are older, i still dont mind shopping for them (but they are much pickier now!! they are 10 & 14) but what i do hate is bringing them with me when i shop! they want everything they see or come up with some excuse why they JUST have to have the item!

I buy for my granddaughter...I love getting things for her. She is two. Last weekend she was here while I was gone and left all the lids to her play dough off....I had to throw it all (daddy should have checked on her)..so I bought her new play dough and when she came over the other night she was so excited and said..I love you grandma....I'll shop for that anyday just to hear those words!

I LOVE to buy for my kids. Everytime I go to the store I think about what i'm going to get them. I can't help it. Now my two oldest are getting into shopping. Especially my daughter. They save their money for awhile then ask me when i'm going to take them shopping.

I love shopping for my son. there are son many cute things out there that I would love to buy. I agree that shopping for kids is more fun than shopping for myself. Besides, if I buy him a toy that we both like, its like a treat for me when we play together. there are also really adorable clothes too and I'm a sucked for sales.
