Are Goatee Beards coming back into fashion? Do you like them?

My husband when i met him had a Goatee beard and i thought it looked great, in fact when he talked about shaving it off i was horrified and couldn't imagine him without it.
Anyway he eventually shaved it off which took some getting used to, but now i prefer it. When i look back at photos i just can't imagine him with one now.
Apparantly they are making a come back, with Brad Pitt sporting one at the moment.
So do you like beards? Have you or your partner got a beard and would you like him to shave it off?

I love them. I made my fiance grow one about a year into our relationship just to see how it looked and I loved it so much, I made him keep it. It made him look older and a bit rakish. Also, he has a strange face shape, his jaw is set very far back and I just think he looks a lot better with it. I had him shave it a few months ago, just to see what it looked like and I hated it sooo much I made him grow it back immediately lol.

Ive never really liked them, I feel they come off as looking rather dirty or savegy...
