how did you meet each other?

I wouldnt say how we met was exceptionally unusual by any means..but I suppose they are a little different....I met my husband almost 10 yrs ago in a stripclub I was working at...I already knew his bosses because they were regulars but he came in one night, I was on stage, he tripped over a table..we met later on that night LOL..then he started coming in every night to see me, eventually we started casually dating and it went on from there....My bf I met through the mail compliments of his sister....He was in prison, she had been living next door to me for a couple months and we'd become friends, she asked me if i'd be interested in writing to him cause she felt we'd get along great...I had him write me first and it went on from there...That was almost 11 yrs ago....its been rocky at times and he's currently back in prison (hopefully getting out soon though on parole) but its still going strong :-D

I've met people in a lot of weird ways I guess. I met one guy I dated for a while while snowed in at a bed and breakfast. I dated a guy who was my ex's ex... that was an interesting one! I dated a guy whose son I found after they got separated at a mall. I dated a girl whose brother had asked me out first, and I'd turned him down. I met my husband online, in a chat room for college students. That isn't considered weird now, but almost 9 years ago when I moved several states away to be with him, people sure thought it was weird! :P

When I met my now husband, I was only looking for a friend. There is 15 years difference between us. We have been together for 15 years now and married 12 of those. I really didn't want a relationship with him at all but we are happily married now.

I wouldn't say it was unusual but it was risky. I met my husband on craigslist but it wasn't to date at first. I was looking for friends to show me around Ventura and we just hit it off from there. Mind you, I spoke to him on the phone for a good month or so before we engaged in personal contact.

my boyfriend and i are introduced by our parents, his aunt is my aunt's friend...they introduced us and we become friends, then it goes deeper until we finally fall in love with each other, and this year we'll about to get married.

My story isn't so much unusual as I think kind of neat. My husband and I acutally met in the first grade. Then in second grade he moved away. He came back in 10th grade and my friend had a crush on him so we started inviting him to go do stuff with our group. I had a boyfriend at the time. The summer after we graduated I was admiring him in his black tank top with his nice built body lol. I still had a boyfriend though. Well thing withs with my boyfriend had been bad for awhile, he had cheated on me and then I on him...so we really should have broke up. My friend jokingly said that I should mess around with barry for some fun. We all laughed it off. Next thing I know Barry was showing up at my work and visiting me. We had the best conversations and soon I was in love. I broke up with my boyfriend and Barry and I have been together ever since.

ours was normal meeting ..in college .Initially we were friends in group.But after some time we realised we like each other and we have special feeling for each other. We becam eclose and ultimately got married with each other. we are now together for 9 years now ..cheers

We met in our conference in Cebu. At first I thought he was married or engaged. I found him so corny when he was trying to talk with me. I was thinking that he is a boring guy, though I found him cute. :) On our last night he sang at our fellowship night and I was awed with his voice. I found myself staring at him while he was singing. Back in our hotel I found him at the lobby and we had another chit chat. This time he asked for my number, I was kinda hesitant to give it to him coz I was really thinking that he was married or engaged. Anyway, since he is a counterpart I gave my number. Then the rest is history coz after 6 months we got married. :)
