What are doing for Valentines day?

I don't have a Valentine, but I was just wonderin what everybody else will be doing. Will you be celebrating with a partner? Taking them out for a romantic meal?
Does anybody take Valentines seriously and consider it to be a big deal? Or is it just considered to be a waste of money?
