Do you have another job lined up? That's the first question I would ask myself if I was looking to quit my job. But all that aside, you say you enjoy your job, so how much do you really dislike the people that you work with? Are you really willing to give up a job that you like over it? If I were you I would stay, at least until I had something else lined up. Then it doesn't really matter at all whether you quit or not.
