It is a twist comedy making fun of the movie 300. Of course we all know the famous scene people love to make fun of is when King Leonidas kicks off the Messenger into the dark pit along with the other persians. King Leo's famous yell, "This is Sparta!" reached popularity in youtube, for people making funny gestures, mixed sounds and funny video clips. So now they moved that over to Meet The Spartans, which shows the ill humor of has been celebrities or annoying people being kicked into the pit - Like the scene with Britney Spears shaving her head while holding her baby. Yes people! This has cruel humor, but at the same time you can't help, but laugh. Of course the scene where the stand off with the immortals ends up being a hip hop dance battle - again more mixed with humor. These are the same people who directed last years dumb comedy movie "Epic Movie" which made fun of The Chronicles Of Narnia and other various movies like Harry Potter. So movies like this is nothing new, so just something to enjoy - the type of movie you watch once and don't want to watch again.
