Officially Kobe Bryant has not pulled back his trade request.
But will he push for the trade like earlier this season, if the team starts going down in the win column?
I would like to think that he will stick with the team if they do bad while Bynum is out.. But he has shown less than stellar loyalty in the past...

I hope Kobe can stay in laker with more time. He is core of laker, though there is not a realy partner can play well with him.Just like Shark before he leave from Laker, they did the best when play together. So,I think if kobe get a tacit partner,he will do the best with all partner!
IN my mind,Kobe is the best star!

I think when Bynum return he will be that second scoring option that KB has been lacking.
The Lakers just beat Denver and they still look good regardless of injuries.. so lets hope it continues, so that KB will stay.

I do think Kobe wont ask for the trade this season.
If ever he will, it will be at the end of the season but that depends on how they perform of course. I think Lakers will greatly improve this season compare than last year.

As a laker fan, I do hope that any rumblings from Kobe (if any..) occur during the offseason, so it wont be a continued distraction to the team.
I agree that the Lakers will show considerable improvement because of veteran addition of Derek Fisher and the improvement of young players like Trevor Ariza and Ronie Turiaf, but especially Jordan Farmar.
