toothache

what is the best cure for toothache, i know the best 1 is too see a dentist. i have appointment end of month my tooth is throbbing badly. ive taken parcetamol but its not working any think else i can work that will cure the pain for a few hours, ?

when i have also tooth ache i take paracetamol also but you can try make a warm glass of water with a salt and garle it for a second until you finish one glass make sure its warm but not hot its help also even little:-)
