time of the month periods

this is a ? for women. men can answer as well if they know it. every month all or most women go though periods. we get mood swings. and bad pains. what is the best cure to stop period pains. then taking pain killers,

Massage with certain oils; rosemary, clary sage, *thnks* gah, I used to know this so well!
Light excersice. Apparnelty trampolining is good... can't imagine why!
Warmth. A hot water bottle on your belly whilst watching TV or reading (or playing on MyLot ;) ). Or a good long bath, perhaps with the above oils.
I'll look up the oils again.
I actually don't get pain (the odd twang the day before... which is a useful hint) or mood swings.

ty. for ur post. i never seem to get pains any more when my period is due i get pains when im on my period. im not suffering with pmt right now but when i do the pain is killing. i tend to get moody 1st then the pain comes after

My books is not with me, otherwise I'd have a loooong list of stuff for you.
Also, for late periods (or for those who have erratic periods) drinking raspberry leaf tea will help. Drink a cup a day for the week running up to when you should start. Or drinking a cup or two a day if you find it is late but isn't normally.
Disclaimer: raspberry leaf tea should NOT be drunk whilst pregnant except in the last 2-3 months.

i have also suffer from pain dysmenorrhea when i have my period even mood swing i dont like to talk too much i want to just always to sit or laydown sometimes i almost collapse because of too much pain i take some pain killers and i put some warm bags in my belly to ease the pain and i sleep for a while and rest.
