my brain stop working when i feel little stress.i attitude
changes in depression.i never get the things what i expect.

One of the best way to stay stress free is to exercise regularly! And keeping a positive attitude is one, too!!

I feel that java in the morning, a nap in the afternoon, and a jambajuice in the evening, really helps to fight off stress.
